Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Orders ship from our fulfillment center, handled by professional logistics partners.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery after processing: United States 8–15 business days, United Kingdom 5–10, Australia 8–14, Canada 9–17. Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance, postal conditions, and seasonal demand.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment. You can also track anytime from My Orders in your account.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, with more countries coming as we grow. If your country is not yet on the list, it will not appear at checkout. We do not forward orders to other countries. UK and Canada orders may be subject to local import VAT or taxes and a small carrier handling fee on delivery, charged by your local postal carrier, not by us.
