Shipping

We offer free shipping to all supported destinations. Orders ship from our fulfillment center, handled by professional logistics partners.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery to the United States is 6–12 business days after processing. Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance, postal conditions, and seasonal demand.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment. You can also track anytime from My Orders in your account.

Where we ship

We currently ship to supported destinations only. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, it isn’t supported yet: we’re working on expanding our coverage.
