Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right. The guarantee covers orders that arrive damaged, arrive wrong, or don’t arrive at all: it does not cover change of mind.
When you’re eligible for a refund or resend
- Your order has not arrived within 45 days of payment
- Your item arrived visibly damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- Your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 days
How to request a refund
Email us at info@unboxthis.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged. We respond within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday.
Refund process
Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What we can’t accept disputes for
- The buyer simply doesn’t like the product
- The buyer ordered the wrong item or size
- The shipping address provided was incorrect
- Products that work as described but you simply changed your mind about, after use
- Orders delivered within the standard delivery timeframe
Returns to our warehouse
Because return shipping costs are high, we generally don’t recommend returning items to our warehouse. In most cases we’ll offer a refund or resend instead. If a return is absolutely necessary, please contact us first at info@unboxthis.shop.
