Every kitchen has the drawer: good knives gone dull, because sharpening them properly always seemed like a skill you’d learn someday. This is the version that needs no skill. The block holds your knife at exactly the right angle with magnets. The roller does the rest: you just roll it along the edge, like a lint roller for blunt steel.
Two angles, chosen for you
Set the knife against the 15° face for kitchen and chef’s knives that should slice paper-thin, or the 20° face for the workhorses that take real abuse. The magnets hold the blade at that exact angle the whole time, which is the entire secret of sharpening: not pressure, not technique, just a consistent angle, every pass.
Solo or the Pro Set
The sharpener comes with its working diamond disc, the two-angle magnetic block, and the retail box you saw in the photos.
The Pro Set adds the full three-disc system: 400 grit to repair a chipped or truly dead edge, 1000 grit for regular sharpening, and a 6000 ceramic disc that polishes the edge the way a chef’s knife gets finished. The discs swap in seconds and store in their own tins.
- Magnetic two-angle base: 15° for fine edges, 20° for tough ones
- Diamond-surface roller: works on steel that ruins pull-through sharpeners
- No water, no oil, no whetstone learning curve
- Pro Set: 400# repair / 1000# sharpen / 6000# polish, in storage tins
- Solid build: wood-and-steel roller, aluminium block, real weight in hand
- Works on kitchen knives, outdoor knives, cleavers: any straight steel edge (not serrated blades or scissors)
One honest note
A rolling sharpener rewards a little patience: a properly dull knife takes a few minutes of rolling, not thirty seconds. What you get for it is an edge you fixed yourself, at exactly the right angle, without sending your knives anywhere or risking your fingertips on a stone.
